Rental
Conditions
Normally, stays are for one week.
Minimum stay 5 nights. For other periods, please
ask.
The prices for the rent are always per week.
Your arrival time should be Saturday afternoon between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. Departure time is on
Saturday morning between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m. If you want to arrive at a different time, please inform the owner by telephone or fax.
The cleaning at the end of your holiday will be done by our maid and is included in the price
Extra-cleaning done by our staff will be charged at a rate of EURO 10 per hour. If you need an
additional linen or towels, they’ll have to pay an extra fee of EURO 3 for a towels and EURO 6 for linen, for person.
Extra charges for dogs: EURO 25 per week.
Included in the rent:
Water, electricity and gas.
Bed-linen, towels, tea-towels, tablecloth, napkins, which are changed once a week.
Use of the swimming-pool, table-tennis and boccia court.
satellite TV ( about 40 channels )
Not included in the rent:
Mountain-bikes can be hired for EURO 8 a full day or EURO 5 for a half day.
The guests are kindly requested not to use the towels
from the apartment at the pool - please, bring your own. If necessary, bathing-towels can be provided.
The cost for central heating is on a daily basis:
Torre Euro 11, Capanna Euro 10, Bellavista
Euro 7.
The firewood has to be paid for according to the amount you used.
There is a meter for telephone calls and the use of the fax machine.
A deposit of Euro 250 for Torre, Euro 200 for
Capanna, and Euro 150 for Bellavista is due on arrival. It will be refunded on departure with deductions for all extra services which were not included in the rent. Missing or damaged articles will have to be paid for.
The guests are required to inform the owner of all damages noticed on arrival, otherwise they'll be held responsible.
Conditions for payment of the rent:
35% of the rent has to be paid into the owner's bank account
in advance after receiving confirmation of the booking. The
remaining 65% are due 30 days before arrival. Under special circumstances payment can be made on arrival. There are banks in
Castellina in Chianti where you can change your money.
