Apartments in the Chianti

The apartment is in the main building (in which you can also find the apartment of the owner) is subdivided into three floors. This apartment accommodates room for five or six persons. All of the three bedrooms contain an own bathroom with a bathtub and furthermore a bathroom for guests. On the ground floor you can find a saloon with a chimney and a large-scaled eat-in-kitchen. A dishwasher, a big fridge and a washing machine are also in the kitchen. A shadily perch with a two hundred year old oak invites you to eat outside.

In the sun of the dusk the guests can enjoy their breakfast outside the saloon, which is also a perfect shady place for reading books in the afternoon. Out of the living room there is a wonderful view to the olive trees and to the adverse vineyards.

What it originally was a barn, now is an elegant, rustic, abandoned house with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath tub/shower. The modern kitchen contains a big fridge, a washing machine and furthermore a lumber-room. In the saloon you can find a chimney and there is also a separate outlet that leads directly to the garden. The old threshing floor with the original stones offer you a private outdoor area with a table and a Tuscany parasol.
